Apple-Crumb Pie 5-7 medium Granny Smith apples 1 (6 ounce) unbaked piecrust ½ cup sugar 2 (2 ounce) cinnamon-spice instant oatmeal packets ½ cup finely chopped pecans 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup butter, melted 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (204 degrees C). Pare apples, slice into eighths and arrange in unbaked piecrust. Sprinkle sugar evenly over apples. 2. In medium bowl, combine oatmeal, pecans, flour and brown sugar and mix well. 3. Add melted butter to mixture and blend thorughly (mixture should be crumbly). 4. Place mixture on top of apples and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is brown.
