An An was a premature child born in Jinhua, China on January 8. Sadly, the boy was declared dead less than one month later. He was kept in the morgue, where it remained a frigid 10.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Moments before An An's cremation, staff realized he was alive.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Daily Mail reported An An's story after he was saved from cremation.
After birth, An An's first 23 days were spent in an incubator at the Pan'an People's Hospital. His condition was healthy enough to allow him to return home with his family to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Unfortunately for An An and his family, his condition rapidly deteriorated.
Lu, An An's father, said his son was pale for two days after returning home. An An was rushed to the hospital for emergency services but doctors claimed the child suffered cardiac arrest and pronounced him dead that same day.After receiving An An's death certificate, Lu took his son and wrapped him in two layers of clothing before placing him in a plastic bag and carrying him to the Pan'an Funeral Home morgue.
The next day, 15 hours after An An was placed in the morgue, staff working at the funeral home began to prepare for the infant's cremation.
That was when they heard crying.
"As soon as I pulled him out of the morgue, I thought I heard noises. When I pushed him into the crematory, the noises became louder," an employee told the local TV station.
"I opened the container and saw him moving, so I told the father the baby was still alive."
An An was rushed back to the hospital, where doctors were unable to explain his miraculous recovery.
The head of pediatrics, Doctor Chen, called it a "miracle" and added, "I have been a pediatrician for over 20 years. I've never seen anything like this."
An An is currently in intensive care but continues to fight for his life.
